The plan of action has been suggested as one of the most advantageous means for understanding challenges involving positive reinforcement for personal breakthroughs. Exploring their spirituality, social relationships, emotions, and health; community and cultural influences; and the contextual patterns in health behaviors are also needed to ultimately establish how they will improve they lives. This will be accomplished through daily social media connectivity, a weekly podcast, articles, empowerment groups and in-person workshops.
